How It Works

This program is based on an algorithm that pulls data from MIBOR. When you enter data, it will pull based on the following:

Square Feet     +/- 15-percent
Bedrooms        +/- 1
Full Baths         +/- 1
Stories              +/- 0
Garage             +/-0

For example... If you have a 3-car garage, it will only pull homes that have a 3-car garage. To expand your data, you may enter a 2-car garage. Understand that the values returned may be lower by several thousand dollars.

If you do not get results or a wide range of values, narrow your search criteria or double-check correct spelling and case.
